I’m Dr. Laura Fragman – Expert Psychologist from New York
I believe that mental health care is a right, not a privilege. Anyone who needs counseling should have it. It is a belief i have lived for more than 30 years by providing affordable, sliding-scale counseling to people in need for as long as they need care.
Today, we are a non-profit counseling center and training facility where pre-licensed therapists provide counseling under the supervision of volunteer licensed professionals.

I will provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can work toward your own personal empowerment to overcome your struggles.
I have experience working with those who struggle with Substance Abuse, Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma. My primary therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.However, I work collaboratively with my clients to provide the most effective interventions possible based on their needs.
